模拟淡水中白铜管的性能研究

摘要 用电化学测试方法和浸泡试验评定了BFe10-1-1和BFe30-1-1两种白铜管在水质侵蚀性较小的模拟淡水中的耐蚀性能,以及缓蚀剂BTA的缓蚀作用和泥沙沉积对白铜管耐蚀性的影响.结果表明,不加BTA,BFe30-1-1铜管的耐蚀性明显优于BFe10-1-1;BTA对BFe10-1-1的缓蚀效果明显,耐蚀性提高3~5倍,对BFe30-1-1的缓蚀作用较小,而泥沙沉积会使BFe30-1-1的耐蚀性下降约90%,耐蚀性反而不如BFe10-1-1. Discussion is conducted on the corrosion resistance effect of two kinds of copper-based alloys in simulated cooled water which is well conditioned and their corrosion effect with and without BTA by using electrochemical measurements and soak test.Moreover,the corrosion effect of the deposit of the silt on these two alloys is discussed.The results indicate that the corrosion resistance effect is BFe30-1-1BFe10-1-1 without BTA.With BTA,the corrosion resistance effect of BFe10-1-1 is raised by three to five times while the corrosion resistance effect of BFe30-1-1 is raised slightly.And the corrosion resistance effect of FBe30-1-1 can be reduced to one-tenth by the deposit of the silt,inferior to BFe10-1-1.
