ZrCuNiAl非晶合金成分设计与玻璃形成能力 被引量:4

摘要 通过成分设计得到Zr51Cu24.7Ni14.34Al9.96非晶成分,可制备临界10 mm<Dmax<12 mm的非晶合金,其具有高的玻璃形成能力参数:Tg=728 K,Tx=790 K,Tl=1174 K。玻璃形成能力判据Trg=0.707是迄今为止发现的Zr基非晶合金中最高值,从理论上证明了其具有高的玻璃形成能力。对Zr51Cu24.7Ni14.34Al9.96直径12 mm试样进行分析,发现其中晶态相为:六角晶系的Zr5Al4(a=0.8437 nm,c=0.58 nm)及立方晶系的Cu9Al4(a=0.8702nm)。可以认为降低该非晶成分中Al含量可提高非晶合金系的玻璃形成能力。 The results show that Zr51Cu24.70Ni14.34Al9.96 bulk metallic glass has high glass forming ability(GFA) with the glass transition temperature Tg = 728 K and the reduced glass transition temperature Trg(Tg /Tm) =(0.707).The critical diameter is nearly 12 mm.But the 12 mm sample was found to contain farthing crystalline phases,including a hexagonal crystalline phase Zr5Al4(a = 8.437 nm,c = 5.8 nm) and a cubic crystalline phase Cu9Al4(a = 8.702 nm).Accordingly,reducing the content of Al can further improve the glass forming ability of the bulk metallic glass.
