摘要 钕铁硼烧结磁体耐蚀性差,限制了其应用领域的扩展,因而改善磁体耐蚀性已成为一个重要的研究课题。本文介绍了钕铁硼烧结磁体在湿热环境下的腐蚀机理,从磁体的微观结构和成分方面分析了失重问题并且提出了相应的减少失重的措施。 Sintered NdFeB magnets' poor corrosion resistance has limited its expansion of applications.How to improve corrosion resistance of sintered NdFeB magnets has become an important research subject.The corrosion mechanism of sintered NdFeB magnets in hot and humid environment is reviewed.The weight loss of magnets is analyzed from microstructure and components of magnets.The measures of reducing weight loss are given respectively.
