Treatment on the Defects of OLTC Oil Leakage and Poor Contact

分析了某变电站SFSZ8-31500/110型主变压器绝缘油色谱超标以及该变压器110kV侧绕组直流电阻超标两项缺陷,找出了缺陷产生的原因,对该变压器进行标准大修,查清了缺陷的来源,采取打磨触头、清除油垢积碳、对有载开关进行换油等措施,修复后恢复正常运行。

The analysis on the generator transformer SFSZ8 -31500/110 shows that insulating oil ehromatogram and its side winding DC resistance in the 110 kV transformer tend to exceed standards. The reason of the defects are found out and standard overhauling is done on the transformer, including contact dressing, greasystain and carbon deposition clearing, and oil change on OLTC. After the overhauling, the transformer resumed operation.
