The Application of Project Management Software and Its Significance in Reality

随着项目管理实践的发展,应用项目管理软件逐渐成为提高项目管理成功率的关键因素之一。分析了项目管理软件的功能、分类、国内外应用情况,选择了在不同领域有着良好声誉和广泛用户群的代表性软件——P3和美国微软公司的Project软件进行了对比。通过项目管理软件的应用分析,发现项目管理软件在企业应用中存在的问题,并且提出了项目管理软件推广应用的建议。

With the development of project management practice, the application of Project Management Software has gradually become one of the key factors to improve the capability of project management. In this paper, it analyses the functions, classification of the software and its application home and aboard. Comparisons are done between P3 from Microsoft Corporation and Project which are both representative software with good reputation and wide users. Based on the analysis on the application of project management software, problems in the application are found out and sugguestions are put forward accordingly.
