高温高压过滤器是壳牌煤气化中主要的除灰装置,陶瓷滤棒作为高温高压过滤器的主要部件,对过滤效果的好坏起着关键作用。本文简述高温高压过滤器工艺原理和流程,重点说明保证高温高压过滤器滤棒安全运行的注意事项以及滤棒损坏的处理办法。
HTHP filter is a main ash removal device in Shell coal gasification in which ceramic cartridge as a chief part in HTHP filter plays a key role in good or bad filtration effect;this article describes both the process principle and flows of HTHP filter and explains in particular the precautions ensuring a safe running of cartridge of HTHP filter and handling of damaged cartridge.
