链斗输送机是循环流化床锅炉除渣常用的设备,因安装、设备本身原因以及运行环境因素影响,故障发生率高,影响锅炉稳定运行。分析链斗输送机脱轨掉链原因,采取改造措施,故障率大为降低。
The chain-bucket conveyer is a commonly-used device for slag-removal in CFB boiler with a high failure rate due to installation, device itself and running environment affecting a stable boiler operation ; the causes for both derailment and chain-off of the conveyer was analyzed and retrofit measures adopted resuiting in a great reduction of failure rate.
