针对大颗粒尿素装置洗涤器风机存在严重噪音污染问题,阐述技术改造措施和项目实施的详细情况,通过对改造前后噪音和频谱分析比对,充分反映出技术改造创造的良好环保效益。
In view of a serious noise-polluted issue in the scrubber fan for granular urea plant both the revamping measures and the details in the implement are described and with the analysis and contrast of both noise and frequency spectrum before and after the retrofit,a good environmental benefit created by the technical transformation was fully reflected.
