摘要
在室内配方和先导性矿场试验研究基础上,结合大庆油田南一区西西块的地质开发特征,确定三元复合驱前置聚合物段塞分子质量、浓度、矿场注入速度的合理范围。利用数值模拟方法,优选前置聚合物段塞分子质量、浓度、段塞注入体积孔隙倍数等注入参数。结果表明:前置段塞中聚合物的浓度、段塞注入孔隙体积倍数均存在合理取值,聚合物的分子质量对采收率的影响最大,但应考虑到油层注入能力的限制,避免发生堵塞。该研究成果为该区块的合理开发提供了理论依据,对于提高Ⅰ类油层的挖潜能力、改善开发效果具有重要意义。
The reasonable ranges of molecular weight,concentration and injection rate of the polymer pre-slug has been determined based on laboratory formula and pilot field tests combining with the geological development features of the Nan 1 area,Daqing oilfield.The parameters of polymer pre-slug are optimized through numerical simulation,including molecular weight,concentration,injection pore volume,etc.The results show that there exist reasonable values for polymer concentration and injection pore volume.The molecular weight of polymer has the biggest effect on recovery factor,and reservoir injectivity shall be taken into account to avoid clogging.The achievement of this research provides theoretical basis for reasonable development of this block and improving the potential of Class Ⅰ reservoir so as to improve development result.
