摘要 在LDPE-ATH(氢氧化铝)填充体系中,为了改进基体树脂与填料之间的亲合性,本实验采用了马来酸酐接枝改性的LDPE作为增容剂,并对接枝改性LDPE-ATH增容体系的力学、阻燃、流变等性能进行了研究,发现:LDPE经接枝改性填充体系的力学性能有明显的改善;除了熔体粘度约增加10—20%外,其流变行为与相应的未接枝改性休系相似。 In aluminium hydroxide-filled LDPE system, in order to improve the affinity between matrix resin and filler, maleic anhydride grafted LDPE was served as compatibilizer in the experiment. This experiment investigated the mechanical, flame retardation and rheological properties of grafting system of aluminium hydroxide-filled-LDPE. It was found the mechanical properties of ungrafting system of aluminium hydroxide-filled LDPE were much greater than those of grafting systems. Except that there was a 10-20% increase of melt viscosity as compared with ungrafting systems, the theological behaviour of grafting systems of aluminium hydroxide-filled LDPE was very similar to those of ungrafting systems.
