摘要 聚合物+表面活性剂二元复合驱是在三元复合驱基础上,删除碱成分形成的复合驱,可有效避免高浓度碱对地层造成的危害,具有一定实用优势。海上油田绥中36-1减压馏分油芳烃含量高,与其合成的石油磺酸盐与原油配伍性好,界面活性强,适合于无碱复合驱油体系。针对锦州9-3油田条件,通过室内实验优选出适合该地区开发的二元复合体系配方,并对该体系的热稳定性、抗剪切性能、耐盐性能、乳化性能、过滤性、吸附性、注入性能和驱油性能等方面进行评价。研究认为,该配方各方面性能均符合施工要求,适用于海上油田的开发应用。 Surfactant/polymer flooding has been developed on the basis of alkali/surfactant/polymer flooding by eliminating alkali from the ASP system,thus averting formation damage by high concentration alkali.The depressurized fraction oil of the offshore Suizhong 36-1 oilfield has high aromatic hydrocarbon content.Its synthesized mahogany sulfonate has good compatibility with crude oil and strong interfacial activity,and is suitable for SP flooding system.Adaptable surfactant/polymer compound system has been selected through laboratory experiments for the conditions of the Jinzhou 9-3 reservoir.This paper evaluates this system in respects of thermal stability,shearing resistance,salt tolerance,emulsion stability,filterability,adsorbability,injectivity and displacement performance.The result shows this compound system can satisfy offshore oilfield operation requirements.
