摘要
责任制度是市场主体法律制度的核心内容之一。从农民专业合作社责任制度的理论基础入手,分析我国农民专业合作社责任制度的立法现状以及存在的问题。针对农民专业合作社责任制度的不足,提出了完善我国农民专业合作社责任制度的对策。
Liability system is one of the core contents of the legal system on market subject.To begin with the theoretical basis of liability system of farmers＇ professional co-operatives,this paper analyzes legislative situation and existing problems of establishing the system in China.Aiming at the shortage of the system in China,strategies for the perfection of the system have been proposed.
