摘要
以大理学院为例,以问卷调查数据为依据,定量描述了影响大学生就业的几个问题。从大学生自身以及社会环境两个方面,对大学生就业难问题进行了分析,认为大学生综合素质不强、创业意识淡漠、职业观就业观陈旧、云南经济发展滞后等,是造成大学生就业难的重要原因。针对这些影响大学生就业的问题,提出了缓解、解决大学生就业问题的若干对策和建议。
Taking Dali University as an example,based on the statistics of the questionnaire the article quantitaticely expounds several factors which influence the employment of university graduates.The article analyzes the difficulties in finding jobs of university students according to aspects of graduates' self-situation and social environment.It is concluded that the primary cauese consist of weakness of students' comprehensive quality,lack of pioneering consciousness,staleness of professional conception and stagnation of economic development in Yunnan.Aiming at these factors,several strategies and suggestions are put forward to remit and solve the problem.
