摘要
针对高速公路因战争、恐怖活动及自然灾害等突发情况导致交通严重受阻,无法在短时间内依靠高速公路自身进行分流和疏散的情况,研究设计了一种应急分流桥梁装备。该装备以GFRP材料作为主要用材,全桥采用简支体系,基本结构形式为组合式结构,上部桥面结构由复合材料管材组成,下部桁架结构由标准节和首尾节桁架组成。利用ANSYS软件模拟计算验证了桥面板及桁架结构的可靠性。该装备满足了结构轻便、操作方便、经济性好等应急使用要求,可重点保障高速公路上轻型车辆快速分流。
Aiming at solving the problems of expressways being blocked either as a result of war,terrorist attacks,natural disaster,or other emergencies,and the heavy traffic on the expressways being unable to be diverted within a short period of time,a new type of bridge-equipment for emergency diversion is studied and designed.The bridge-equipment is made mainly of GFRP,and the whole bridge adopts the simple supporting system.Its basic structural style is of the assembling structure,with its deck structure being made up of GFRP tubes,its lower truss structure being made up of standardized section truss structure and its front and end section truss structures.The reliability of the bridge deck and the truss structure is examined and proved with the ANSYS software.Being light in weight,simple and easy in operation and satisfactory in economy,the equipment can meet the requirements of emergency diversion.It may ensure the rapid diversion of light-duty vehicles from expressways.
