摘要
滹沱河特大桥是一座中承式钢管混凝土提篮拱桥,采用先主拱肋转体,然后安装合龙段施工工艺。通过对各种工况整个转体过程进行计算,确保了转体施工的安全,并且使用了计算机控制液压同步提升技术,确保了转体的精确控制和荷载由塔架向拱肋的顺利传递。该提篮拱的转体施工控制技术为以后同类桥梁施工提供了有益借鉴。
The Hutuo River Mega Bridge is a half-through concrete filled steel tube arch bridge,which is a type of basket handle arch bridge,during the construction of which the main arch rib is first rotated and built,and then the closing sections are built.Through the calculation of the whole rotation process in various work conditions,the safety for the rotation construction is ensured.Besides,since the technology of hydraulic pressure synchronized lifting with computer control is adopted in the construction,the accurate control of the rotation and the smooth transmission of the load from the tower frame to the arch rib are realized.The rotation construction control technology for large-span basket handle arch bridges may serve as a useful reference for the construction of other similar types of bridges in the future.
