摘要
在盾构机出洞或进洞前要对端头井区域内数米范围内的土体进行加固改良以满足对土体的强度要求。针对上海轨道交通线区间隧道淤泥质黏土层及粉质砂土的地质状况,介绍了主要采用的三轴搅拌桩搅拌加固及三重管高压旋喷加固施工技术。加固效果满足盾构进出洞要求。
To meet the requirements of the soil body in strength,the soil bodies within several metres of the tunnel at both the inlet end and the outlet end have to be consolidated before the shield tunneling really begins.With the specific geological conditions of silting clay stratum and powdered sandy soil taken into account,the consolidating techniques of tri-axle mixture piles and tri-tube high-pressure rotatively-casting are adopted for the construction and are dealt with in the paper.It is proved that the effect of the consolidation can meet the strength requirements of the tunnel for its inlet and outlet sections.
