地方财政支出与区域经济增长——基于浙江11个地市面板数据的实证研究

Local Fiscal Expenditure and Regional Economic Growth——Based on 11 Cities in Zhejiang Province Panel Data Model

利用浙江省11个地市1995-2008年的面板数据,运用面板单位根检验和协整检验,从地方财政支出对经济增长的影响出发,对浙江各地市进行了实证分析。从长期来看,地方财政支出对经济增长具有较大的拉动作用,并且区域差异不明显。在此基础上,提出了针对地方财政支出的相关政策建议。

This paper uses panel data of 11 cities of Zhejiang from 1995 to 2008, uses the unit root tests, cointegration tests and panel data modle to analyze the regional difference in relation of local fiscal expenditure with regional economic growth in Zhejiang Province. The empirical results show the long - term causality from local fiscal expenditure to regional economic growth and no difference in different region in Zhejiang Province. Some policies are put forward to adjust local fiscal expenditure.
