摘要
通过三年的跟踪调查和教育实践摸索,了解了成教学生的心理特点和思想动向,并有针对性地开展以"激励、约束与关爱相结合"教育教学工作,收到了很好的效果,得到了学生、家长和企业的好评。本文从成教学生的特点、教育管理对策等几个方面进行分析。
Through three years'investigation and educational exploration, the author has understood the psychological features and ideological pulse of the adult students and carried out teaching work of combination of inspiration, restriction and affection. The result is positive and is appraised by students, their parents and the target enterprises. This thesis analyses the characteristics of adult students, the countermeasures of educational administration. K
