依托专业特色 创新社团理念 提高高职生就业能力

Relying on Specialties of Majors,Innovating Community Concept and Improving the Employment Competence of Higher Vocational College Studnets

高职教育的办学方针是"以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向",人才培养目标是"培养高素质高技能应用型人才"。本文主要结合高职学生社团工作的经验,初步探讨如何依托专业特色,通过创新社团建设及活动,提高高职学生职业素质,从而提升就业能力。

The guiding principle for running a vocational school is to ＂take service as aim and take employment as orientation＂. The talents training goal is ＂to cultivate talents with good qualities and high technical skills ＂ Therefore, combined with the working experience in students clubs in vocational school, this article discusses how to improve the students＂ vocational quality and thereby promotes their employment competence on the basis of their major characteristics and through the various creative club activities.
