粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式选择及疗效分析

Analysis of the clinic curative and the choice of therapy methods on adhesive ileus

目的探讨粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式的选择及疗效,为粘连性肠梗阻的临床治疗提供理论依据。方法回顾性分析我院2006年1月—2009年12月收治的151例粘连性肠梗阻的临床资料,分析治疗方式及临床疗效。结果保守治疗疗效明显优于手术治疗,二者间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论粘连性肠梗阻治疗方式的选择对临床疗效及预后极为重要。

Objective To explore the clinic curative effect and the choice of therapy methods on adhesive ileus.Methods Reviewed the information of 151 patients suffered from adhesive ileus from 2006 to 2009 and analyzed the clinic curative effect and therapy methods.Results The clinic curative effect of the medication therapy on adhesive ileus was better than the operation therapy.There was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The choice of therapy methods are important to the clinic curative effect of the therapy.
