几乎同时发生的双侧颞叶脑出血1例报道并文献复习

Almost simultaneous bilateral temporal lobe intracerebral hemorrhage in 1 case report and literature review

目的探讨双侧脑出血的发病率、病因、发病机制、临床特点、治疗及预后。方法复习近10年来的相关文献报道,结合临床病例进行分析。结果该病发病率低,病因复杂,以高血压多见,临床表现可以与病灶不符,治疗多同一般脑出血,手术治疗须更加谨慎,病死率高,预后较差。结论提高神经科医师对双侧脑出血的认识有助于对本病治疗及预后的判断。

Objective To investigate the incidence of bilateral cerebral hemorrhage,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical features,treatment and prognosis.Methods Reviewed the past 10 years reported in the literature related to clinical case analysis.Results The incidence of the disease was low and the causes was multiplicity.The common causes was hypertension.Clinical manifestations and lesions can be inconsistent with the general treatment of multiple cerebral hemorrhage,surgical treatment is more cautious,high mortality and poor prognosis.Conclusion Enhancing bilateral understanding of cerebral hemorrhage to neurologists contribute to the treatment of this disease and prognosis.
