The Political Participation of the Citizens Under the Good Governance

中国目前的民主建设和政治体制改革为公民政治参与创造了良好环境,提供了制度保障;大量涌现的民间组织也有利于协调新时期的利益关系。同时经济和文化发展的不平衡,部分公民自身参与意识有待加强,公民政治参与的制度体系建设有待完善等具体问题都制约了我国公民的政治参与。只有充分发挥善治视野下有利于公民良好政治参与的积极因素,有效遏制善治理念中制约公民政治参与的消极因素,才能够加强新时期的公民政治参与工作,更好体现中国模式下的善治理念。

At present, the democratic construction of China and political reform creates a good environment and system guarantee for the political participation of citizen. The organizations appearing just like springing folk also can coordinate the relations of interests in the new period. Because of the imbalance development between economy and culture, the awareness of the citizens＇political participation need to be strengthen. Only by playing the positive factor which is good for the citizens＇political participation and restrainting the negative factor, the political participation of citizen in the new period can be strengthened, and the good governance under Chinese mode can be better relfected.
