摘要
采用AB-8大孔树脂分离纯化甘草总黄酮。通过熔点测定、IR图谱分析发现,纯化后产品的纯度提高了39.97%。
Using AB-8 macroporous resin purification technology,the licorice total flavonoids was separated and purified in this paper.The results showed that the product purity was increased by 39.97% through the melt point determination and IR spectrum analysis.
