摘要
结合泗阳泵站已有土建结构,采用雷诺平均纳维—斯托克斯方程(RANS)和标准k-ε湍流模型,运用SIMPLEC算法,设计虹吸式出水流道、直管式出水流道及钟形出水流道3种可行性方案。分别在流道进口未设置环量和设置环量的情况下,数值模拟3种流道内流场,预测流道内的不良流态形式及出现位置,分析各方案流道进口断面、中间断面及出口断面上速度分布规律,并计算3种方案中流道的水力损失。此外,对各方案的断流方式进行对比分析。计算结果表明,设计工况下,虹吸式出水流道水力损失分别为Δha=13.1 cm和Δhb=13.9 cm,能量回收率可达89.78%和89.11%。通过各方案水力性能对比分析研究可知:3种方案均适用于泗阳泵站,而虹吸式出水流道相较其它两种流道形式性能更优。
Combined with Siyang Pumping Station's existing civil structure,Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equation is applied for designing three feasible schemes of siphon outlet conduit,straight outlet conduit and bell-like outlet conduit.The standard k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm are also adopted in the calculation.In cases of setting the circulation and not setting the circulation in conduit intakes,the inner flow status and various types of vortices and their locations are predicted in three outlet conduits.The law of velocity distribution is analyzed on the intake section,middle section and outlet section of each scheme.In addition,the hydraulic losses and flow-cutoff methods are compared and analyzed.The calculation results show that the siphon outlet conduit's hydraulic losses are 13.1 cm and 13.9 cm,and the energy recovery rate could reach 89.78% and 89.11% in the designed conditions.Considering the hydraulic performances,it is demonstrated that three schemes are all applicable to Siyang Pumping Station and the siphon outlet conduit has better performance than the other two.
