摘要
介绍了全球气温升高对海洋工程的影响。传统的海洋工程设计中都没有考虑气温升高这个情况。而气温还在进一步升高,气温升高导致海平面上升;洋面气温高,这又导致台风频发强度增大。在海洋工程设计中应该考虑到这些影响。本文介绍了应对全球气温升高和海平面升高,设计高水位、年极值波高和设计风速的一种新提法。
The influence of global warming on ocean engineering is introduced here.Traditionally,in the marine engineering design,the climate warming would not be paid attention to.The climate is warming still,causing the sea level to rise.The rising temperature above the ocean could increase the frequency and intensity of the typhoon.These aspects as mentioned above should be considered in the marine engineering design.At last,three new formulations for the design high water level,annual extreme wave height and design wind speed are also introduced here in response to the climate warming and sea level rising.
