摘要 探讨了高硅氧化铅锌矿加压酸浸中锌的浸出反应动力学。考察了温度、硫酸浓度、搅拌速度、压力对锌浸出的影响。结果表明:氧化铅锌矿加压酸浸过程遵循"未反应核缩减"模型,浸出过程属于固体膜层扩散控制,表观反应级数为1.09,在试验选取的温度范围内,浸出的扩散活化能14.3kJ/mol。 Leaching kinetics of zinc extracted from pressure leaching of high silica Pb-Zn oxide ore in sulfuric acid medium was studied in this paper.The effects of reaction temperature 、 sulfuric acid concentration 、 pressure and stirring speed on zinc leaching were investigated.The results show that the leaching process can be mod eled with the shrinking core model,which indicates that the control factor of the leaching process is the diffu sion rate of reacting reagents in a porous solid layer.The apparent reaction progression is 1.09,and the diffusion activation energy is calculated to be 14.96 kJ/mol within the selected temperature range.
