摘要
在含有[BMIm]PF6(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐)的离子液体和pH为11的水合肼-碳酸钠(N2H4·H2O-Na2CO3)还原性溶液中,Ni2+离子被还原为黑色的晶体镍纳米粒子。XRD,TEM,TG和DTA分析表明,所制备的镍纳米粒子呈不规则的类球形,为面心立方结构,具有较窄的尺寸范围,粒径在8~45nm。在还原过程中,[BMIm]PF6同时起到了溶剂和修饰剂的作用,在所生成的镍纳米粒子的表面形成了一层离子液体的修饰层,稳定了纳米颗粒粒径,阻止了纳米粒子之间的团聚,同时也提高了纳米粒子的热稳定性,有利于拓宽镍纳米粒子的温度使用范围。
Black crystal Ni nanoparticles were prepared by reducing Ni 2 + in the reducing solution containing [BMIm]PF 6 (1-butyl-3-meth-ylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate) ionic liquid and hydrazine hydrate-sodium car bonate (N 2 H 4 ·H 2 O-Na 2 CO 3) at pH11.The analysis results showed that Ni nanoparticles were irregular globoid and their size distributed in a narrow range of 8~45 nm in diameter based on methods of XRD,TEM,TG and DTA.In reducing process,[BMIm]PF 6 was not only reactive medium but also modifier,it formed a modifying layer in the surface of Ni nanoparticles to stabilize the size of the nanoparticles and hold back congregating among nanoparticles and also to upgrade the thermo-stability,which are beneficial for widening application range of temperature of Ni nanoparticles.
