重型颅脑损伤并发肺部感染的临床护理 被引量:2

摘要 重型颅脑损伤是指GCS≤8分、昏迷〉6h的颅脑损伤,病情危重,并发症多,肺部感染是常见的并发症之一。重型颅脑损伤是各种外伤中最严重的损伤,其病死率一般为30%~50%,患者因意识障碍、呼吸道分泌物增多、颌面部损伤等导致呼吸道堵塞、窒息,肺部感染发生率高达20.1%。因此,预防和控制感染是降低病死率的重要措施。
