Clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma:a report of 65 cases

目的 探讨多发性骨髓瘤的临床特征。方法 复习６５ 例多发性骨髓瘤患者初诊时的临床资料。结果与结论 患者绝大多数为中老年人，但较国外患者年轻；蛋白尿、贫血、骨痛为主要临床表现；骨质病变程度与骨髓中的瘤细胞数无显著相关；对于骨髓中瘤细胞数较高者， Ｖ Ａ Ｄ 方案疗效较好；阿可达可能对骨质破坏有阻抑作用。

Objective To analyse clinical characteristics of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods The data of 65 patients with multiple myeloma at the first visit were analysed. Results and Conclusion The most patients were middle ages,but younger than foreign patients.Proteinuria,anemia and bone pain are main clinical manifestations.Skeletal lesions are not correlated with bone marrow myeloma cell percents.VAD regimen is effective for MM patients with high myeloma cells.Aredia (pamidronate) can inhibit the skeletal lesion in some patients.
