摘要
我们所要构建的社会主义和谐社会,是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的社会。而这种和谐的状态是需要法治秩序来加以保障和协调的。法治秩序是和谐社会的根基,发挥着有效协调利益冲突、保障公民权利、维护公平正义等重要作用,在构建和谐社会中具有重要地位。
The harmonious socialist society we are to build is a society where are maintained and cherished the democratic rule of law,fairness and justice,honesty and fraternal love,vitality and energy,stability and order,and a peaceful life for everyone.Such a harmonious state needs the guarantee and coordination by the rule of law.Therefore an order of rule of law is the foundation and root for a harmonious society,since it plays an important role in effectively coordinating the interest-related conflicts,safeguarding citizens＇ rights,fairness and justice;as a result,it occupies a curcial position in the construction of the harmonious society.
