股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折 被引量:8

Treatment of intertrachanteric fracture with the proximal femur locking plate in elderly patients

摘要 目的探讨治疗不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折的新方法。方法应用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折23例。结果术后随访1.5-24月(平均11.7月),应用Sanders评分标准:优15例,良6例,一般1例,差1例,优良率91.30%。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年非稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折是内固定的一个很好补充,操作简单,固定可靠。 Objective To explore a new method for the treatment of unstable intertracanteric fracture.Methods 23 cases of elderly patients with unstable intertracanteric fracture were treated by proximal femur locking plate.Results All patients followed up 1.5 to 24 months(average 11.7 months),According to Sanders functional sores: the excellent 15 cases,good 6cases,fair 1 case,poor 1case,the good and excellent rate was 91.30%.Conclusion Proximal femur locking plate is a good alernative method for the treatment of unstable intertrachanteric fractures in elderly patients,it produces firm fixation for intertracanteric fracture.
