无柄人工髋关节在青壮年中的临床应用探讨

To investigate the effect of use the Non-stem total hip arthroplasty in young adults

目的探讨无柄人工髋关节置换术在青壮年中应用的疗效与优越性。方法对使用无柄人工全髋关节置换术治疗的12例青壮年病例进行总结。结果术后随访3-27个月,根据Harrisi髋关节功能评价标准进行评价,优良率11/12,髋关节功能良好。结论无柄全髋置换术创伤小,出血少,不扩髓,保留股骨颈,为青壮年患者的翻修手术保留了基础。

Objective To investigate the Non-stem total hip arthroplasty in young adults in the efficacy and superiority of the application.Methods Totally 12 patients（13 hips） who underwent Non-stem total hip arthroplasty.Results The patients were followed up 3 to 27 months,according to Harrisi hip joint function evaluation standards to evaluate the quality rate of 95 points,hip joint with good function.Conclusion The Non-stem total hip arthroplasty gets less trauma,less bleeding,non-reamed and can retain the femoral neck,so in this way young patients have the foundation for renovation.
