高抗冲高流动改性聚丙烯的力学性能与流变行为 被引量:11

摘要 众所周知,聚丙烯(PP)有很多优良的力学性能,但其韧性差,特别是低温下发脆,在目前大型塑料容器薄壁轻量化发展的趋势下,更要求其具有高韧性,同时又具有高加工流动性,改性是通常采用的最有效的途径之一。本文建议采用加有添加剂的PP/EPDM/HDPE三元共混物。采用动态机械分析仪、毛细管流变仪和偏光显微镜对共混物的机械性能、流变行为和结晶形态学进行了测量和研究。 It is known that polypropylene(PP)has a number of valuable mechanical properties,but its toughness is poor and low impact stren- gth at subzero temperature especially.Both high flowability and high impact properties are needed at the trend towards making large thin- walled vessels in the world today.Modification is one of the most ef- fective measures to be adopted generally,In this paper a ternary ble- nds of PP/EPDM/HDPE with additive agents are recommened.The mechanical properties,rheologic behavio ur and crystalline morphology were measured and investigated using testing apparatus,dynamic mechn- ical analyzer,capillary rheometer and polarized microscopy.
