摘要
目的 :分析动物模型牙周组织中成骨和破骨细胞数 ,ACP和 AKP反应性 .方法 :豚鼠急性牙周创伤48h和狗人工二壁骨袋术后 1月 ,采用酶细胞化学和常规 HE染色检测组织切片进行 t检验 .结果 :急性牙周创伤组和人工二壁骨袋组中成骨细胞和破骨细胞数增加 ,ACP和 AKP反应增强 p<0 .0 5 .结论 :AKP参与成骨 ,ACP与成骨细胞和破骨细胞功能有关 ,ACP和 AKP的活性可检测牙槽骨的吸收和重建 .
Aim:To analysis the numbers of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and the activities of alkaline phosphatase(AKP)and acid phosphatase(ACP)in periodontal tissues of animal model.Methods:This study used cytochemistry and routine HE stain to analysis the tissues of guinea pigs' maxillae 48 hours after trauma and dogs′ 2-walled infrabony pocket 1 month after operation.Result:the numbers of osteoblasts and osteoclasts and the activities of AKP and ACP in groups of periodontal trauma and two-walled infrabony pocket increased(p<0.05)Conclusions:AKP was taking part in bone formation.ACP was associated with the function of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.The activities of ACP and AKP can be used to inspect the alveolar resorption and remodeling.
