摘要
根据某近海拖轮的推进系统,将其轴系进行分析和简化,并利用有限元软件ANSYS建立轴系横向振动的有限元模型,并分析船舶艉轴承发生磨损的原因。如果艉轴承支撑位置安装不当以及螺旋桨激励力的影响,会使轴承负荷分配不均,引起超负荷轴承的过度磨损。而艉轴承的过度磨损则会引起其支承长度的变化,不同位置轴承支承长度的变化对轴系固有振动特性的影响也不同。
According to the propulsion system of an offshore tugboat,the Finite Element(FE) model of shafting was established by analysis and simplification using the ANSYS software,abrasion occuring on the stern shaft bearing were examined.In case the propeller shaft bearing cannot be installed in the right position and results in exciting force acting on the propeller,loads on the bearing will be distributed asymmetrically,over-abrasion will be given rise onto the overloaded bearing.Moreover,the aftermath of over-abrasion is that the supporting length of bearings will be changed,brings about different effects on the natural vibration characteristics of the shafting.
