回顾我党统一战线九十年的实践历程,统一战线的理论内涵逐步由政治体系向文化体系转变。新的历史转型期,伴随着我党科学发展、和谐社会等工作思路的提出,统战工作中文化的作用也日益凸显。文化统战在新时期的统战工作中具有高度的战略地位,这是由文化的功能和特点、新时期我国统一战线所面临的社会背景、党在新时期工作重心的逐渐转变等因素决定的。我们必须强化文化统战意识,把握文化统战在统一战线体系中的引领作用,并在实际工作中创新方式,转变观念,更好地发挥统一战线凝聚人心的巨大功能。

Looking back at united front history of my party my united front nine decades of practice,the theoretical content of the united front by the political system gradually shift to the cultural system.The new historical period of transformation,along with our party scientific development,harmonious society and so on ideas put forward,united front work in the role of culture have become increasingly prominent.Culture of United Front United Front Work in a highly strategic position,which is characterized by cultural features and the new era of social context faced by the United Front,the party in the new period gradually,shifts the focus of work factors.We must strengthen the awareness of cultural united front;grasp the cultural system of the united front in the lead role of the united front,and in practical work,innovative ways,ideas,better play to the great united front cohesive function.
