Comparative Analysis of Residential Property Income between Shaanxi and the National Average Level

近年来,陕西居民财产性收入增长迅速,但与全国平均水平相比仍有一定差距,存在诸如财产性收入水平低、投资渠道单一等问题。为此,保持经济稳定发展,须大力发展资本市场,培育居民理财意识,提高居民财产性收入。

In recent years,residential property income of Shaanxi province is growing rapidly.But,there is still a certain gap between the Shaanxi and the national average level,such as low level of property income,single channel of investment and so on.In order to solve these problems.I put forward several proposals to increase the property income residents in Shaanxi Province.For instance,we should maintain sustained economic development and vigorously develop the capital markets and cultivate the financial management consciousness for the residents.
