Being Student-oriented: Improving Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Instructions

"以人为本"是科学发展观的核心。"以生为本"是"以人为本"在教育教学中的体现和具体运用。思想政治理论课的性质及学生思想品德形成的特点,决定了教师必须树立"以生为本"的教学理念——重视学生主体性地位、促进学生全面发展。同时在整合教学内容、创新教学方法、活跃课堂气氛、深化教学实践等教学环节中,贯彻"以生为本",提高教学实效性。

＂Being human-oriented＂is the core of scientific development outlook,and ＂Being student-oriented＂ is the reflection and practical application of ＂being human-oriented＂ in education and teaching field.The nature of ideological and political theory class and features of how students moral characters should develop determine why teachers must hold the ＂student-oriented＂teaching concept,i.e.to pay more attention to the students＇ positions and help them development in an all-round way.Meanwhile,the application of the ＂student-oriented＂ theory in the course teaching,such as arranging the teaching contents,using new teaching methods,making class more active,doing teaching practice more thoroughly and so on in order to improve the teaching effectiveness.
