高校辅导员队伍性别结构失衡现象论析

辅导员就其工作内容和性质而言,并无性别上的刻板区分,但不同性别的辅导员由于与生俱来的性别特质,给予大学生潜移默化的教育效果和影响方式却会有所不同。目前不少高校中女性辅导员明显多于男性。针对这种性别结构现状,辅导员队伍建设应充分重视两性性别特质的优势互补,形成整体合力,给学生全方位的影响。

In terms of working contents and nature of the political instructors,there is no distinction between men and women.But inherently,because of their different temperaments,the imperceptible education effects and the ways they affect the university students would be different.Nowadays,female instructors are obviously more than the male ones in many colleges.Considering the current the structure and characteristics of ＂being more female than male＂,We should pay full attention to the complementary advantages of sexual characteristics in construction of political instructors and form an integral force to give the students an overall influence.
