应更好的把握甲状腺全切术的指征——附5例病例分析

摘要 甲状腺乳头状癌复发常因初次手术不彻底造成。各国的甲状腺乳头状癌手术指南均推荐将双侧甲状腺全切除术作为大部分甲状腺乳头状癌的常规术式。目前我国还没有自己的手术指南，不同医师所做的手术范围大小不同。笔者近半年内收治的5例甲状腺乳头状癌复发患者，均因初次手术不彻底造成，部分病例教训深刻，而根据国外手术指南，这些患者均应行甲状腺全切术，分析如下。
