内蒙古大兴安岭林区对外开放与经济发展的探讨

The Opening-up and the Present Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Economy Development in Daxinanling Forest Region of Inner Mongolia

通过对内蒙古大兴安岭林区对外开放与经济发展现状的分析,阐述了新形势下林区对外开放所要采取的对策。由于长期的计划经济体制和传统的经营观念的影响,林区的产业结构比较单一,经济发展主要通过森林采伐实现,随着森林蓄积下降,可采资源的减少,林区经济发展后劲不足。加快林区发展,需要解放思想,转变观念,摒弃单纯依赖木材资源的旧观念,坚持改革开放,转变企业经营机制,变粗放经营为集约式经营,以多样化经营培育新的经济增长点,以适应市场经济的发展。

Based on the opening of the Daxinanling forest region of Inner Mongolia and the analysis of the current situation of economic development,expounds the countermeasures of forest opening under the new situation.Due to idea of long-term planned economic system and the traditional management,the influence of forest industry structure is more onefold,economic development mainly through the forest harvesting realization,as silvan desegregate decline,recoverable resource of reducing,make forest region economic development in the future insufficiency.In order to speed up development,the revitalization of forest region,need timely emancipates the mind,the changing ideas,abandon relying solely on timber resources of old ideas,persist in reform and opening up,timely transformation of enterprise operation mechanism,become extensive management for intensive and operating with diversification cultivating new economic growth points,in order to meet the needs of market economy.
