民办高校教学督导创新研究

Discussion on the innovation of teaching supervision in the private colleges and universities

论述了目前民办高校中教学督导存在的不足;应用现代教育理论,结合个人的教学和教学督导实践,对民办高校教学督导工作中应如何创新进行探讨.实践证明:我们提出的4个创新,符合民办高校的实际情况,行之有效,对民办高校的教学能起到有效的教学质量监控作用,能收到较明显的效果.

This paper discusses the shortcomings of the traditional teaching supervision.With the application of modern educational theory,combined with individual practice of teaching supervision and teaching,the innovation of teaching supervision in the private colleges and universities was discussed.The practice shows that the four pieces of innovation is effective and in accordance with the real situation of private universities and colleges,which is effective to the control of teaching quality in the private universities and colleges and has good results.
