辽河油田双底鱼骨井设计与实施 被引量:4

DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF TWO-BOTTOM HERRINGBONE WELL IN LIAOHE OILFIELD

摘要 与常规直井和水平井相比,鱼骨井因其泄油面积大、相同液量下压差小、能更加经济有效地开发复杂结构油气藏而在辽河油田获得成功应用。基于数值模拟技术和鱼骨井产能评价模型,对双底鱼骨井进行了井身结构设计,确定第一分支主井眼裸眼段长963 m,鱼刺分支共6个;第二分支主井眼裸眼段长735 m,鱼刺分支共5个。从施工难点、钻完井工艺技术、钻井液技术等3个方面介绍了该井现场实施的过程。该井油层钻遇率达到100%,初期日产油62 t,是同一区块水平井产量的3倍、直井产量的10倍,取得了显著的开发效果。该井的成功设计与实施为我国复杂结构井技术的发展积累了宝贵经验。 Compared with vertical wells and horizontal wells,herringbone well has larger drainable section and smaller production pressure,therefore,herringbone well has been successfully applied in the development of faulted block reservoirs in Liaohe Oilfield.The two-bottom herringbone well configuration design is based on the numerical simulation and the productivity evaluation model for herringbone well.The length of the 1st interval main hole is 963 meters,and the 1st lateral has six branches.The length of the 2nd interval main hole is 735 meters,and the 2nd lateral has five branches.Introduce the implementation in three aspects:difficulties in the implement,drilling completion technique and drilling fluid technique.The two-bottom herringbone well is successfully fulfilled with 100% oil layer penetration,and its initial production is 62 ton,which is three times of the horizontal well′s production and ten times of the vertical well′s production in the same block.The perfect economic and social benefits are gained.The two-bottom herringbone well provides welcome experience for the application of composite wells in China.
