小儿支原体肺炎60例治疗分析

Treatment of 60 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia

目的:了解小儿支原体肺炎的临床特点及临床治疗方法。方法:对60例支原体肺炎患儿的临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析。结果:经X线检查,发现患儿的胸部阴影异常显著;血清酶联实验检测发现60例患儿均呈阳性。结论:小儿支原体肺炎的治疗使用红霉素和阿奇霉素等药物临床疗效比较好。

Objective：To investigate clinical features and clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Methods：The clinical date of 60 patients with the clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia were retrospectively analyzed.Results：X-ray examination,found that children with significantly abnormal chest shadow;serum ELISA test detected 60 cases were positive for children.Conclusion：The treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children using drugs such as erythromycin and azithromycin in better clinical efficacy.
