应激2型糖尿病患者神经内分泌相关激素的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过实验讨论应激对2型糖尿病患者的神经内分泌激素的关联性。方法:对68例2型糖尿病患者神经内分泌的相关激素变化测定,并记录数据加以分析。结果:研究组胰岛素(INS)、血糖(PG)、Homa-IR、皮质醇和生长素(GH)均高于对照组;研究组睾酮(T)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)的数据明显低于对照组;Homa-IR值升高,皮质醇、GH的值也随之升高,而T、E2值也随之降低;数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者的应激反应对于加重胰岛素抵抗IR有明显作用。 Objective:To discuss the stress test in patients with type 2 diabetes association of neuroendocrine hormones.Methods:68 patients with type 2 diabetes-related hormone changes in neuroendocrine measured and recorded data for analysis.Results:INS,PG,Homa-IR of study group were higher than cortisol and GH;T,FSH,E2,LH data of study group were significantly lower than the control group;Homa-IR values increased,cortisol,GH's values also would be increased,while T,E2 values decreased;data were statistically significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The stress response in patients with insulin resistance to increase significantly the role of IR.
