活动期溃疡性结肠炎血清C反应蛋白及CA125检测的价值探讨

The value investigation of serum C-reactive protein and CA125 detection in active ulcerative colitis

目的:探讨检测血清C反应蛋白(CRP)及CA125在活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析2007年2月～2010年2月本院所收治的83例活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的血清CRP及CA125检测资料,并与同期83例健康体检者的血清CRP及CA125检测资料相对照分析。结果:溃疡性结肠炎活动期的CRP及CA125水平明显高于缓解期和健康体检者,无论是活动期还是缓解期,其CRP水平均高于健康体检者(P<0.05)。并且CRP及CA125水平的高低变化与溃疡性结肠炎的病情消长呈正相关联系。结论:活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者的CRP及CA125水平与病情的活动性及严重程度密切相关,可以成为活动期溃疡性结肠炎病情消长的监控指标。

Objective：To evaluate clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） and CA125 detection of active ulcerative colitis.Methods：To analyze serum CRP and CA125 test data of 80 active ulcerative colitis patients from February 2007 to February 2010,and compared with serum CRP and CA125 testing data of 83 healthy.Results：The active ulcerative colitis,CRP and CA125 levels were significantly higher than those in remission and healthy subjects,whether active or in remission,the CRP levels were higher than healthy subjects（P〈0.05）.And the level of CRP and CA125 changes in growth and decline of the disease and ulcerative colitis was positively correlated with contact.Conclusion：Patients with active ulcerative colitis,CRP and CA125 levels and disease activity and severity are closely related and can be a growth and decline of active ulcerative colitis disease monitoring indicators.
