目的探讨APN排班在临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法按工作能力与资历把护士分为四个层级,把各层级的护士分为2组,每组护士固定管一组患者,不同层级护士履行不同职责。按APN排班管理,保证每班都有2名以上护士值班。实行6个月后进行效果评价。结果实施APN排班管理后提高了工作效率,患者的满意度及健康教育覆盖率得到了提高,同时护士可自由支配的时间增加,工作压力下降,比较各项指标差异有统计学意义。结论 APN排班体现了"以病人为中心"的管理理念,充分发挥了各层次护理人员的作用,有效地保障了急救应急能力,加强了护理工作的连续性及薄弱时段的质量控制,减轻了护士的压力,有利于人员的培养。

Objective To study the efficacy of the APN scheduling system in the nursing management.Motheds The nurses were divided into 4 grades depending on their ability and experiences and then settled into two groups.Each group was assigned to be in charge of a fixed group of patients.Diffent grades had different responsibilities and there were two nurses on duty simultaneously at any time.The efficacy was assessed in 3 months.Results The system increased the work efficiecy and the satisfaction of patients improved and the heath education was popularized.At the same time,the personnel obtain more resting time and less pressure.The different was statistically remarkable as the data was compared.Conclusion The APN scheduling system embodies the Patient-centered idea.It brings into play the effect of each person.The ability of emergency treating and the continuity of work is ensured and the quality control in the weak hours is strengthened.Furthermore,The pressure of the staff is released and the rookies is trained well.
