After hearing the work reports of SAIC on December 18, 2009, Vice Premier Wang Qishan gave four requirements for the work of 2010. One of the requirements is ＂to strengthen market supervisions and effectively prevent the systemic and regional risks of regulatory work＂. We should deeply understand the meaning of risk, strengthen unified, open, competitive and orderly market system and introduce risk management to effectively avoid risks. Only by upgrading the level of market regulation, can we provide better service for the economic development and social peace of 12th five-year-plan period.
