摘要
介绍了某大型综合气候环境试验室空调制冷设计概况,针对该试验室间歇运行、温湿度变化范围大( 温度- 60 ~75 ℃,相对湿度95 % ~1 % ) ,需要对多种室内温度和湿度变化曲线进行模拟等要求,采用计算机模拟技术对空调制冷系统进行优化设计,选用正升压式空气制冷系统,以当地低温深井水作为高温试验冷源,利用集散式计算机自控系统实现温湿度和系统状态参数的自动采集、处理和调控,使设计周期缩短,初投资减少。运行结果表明,系统达到设计要求。
Outlines the design made according to the special requirements of the chamber intermittent operating, a broad range of experiment conditions (-60~75 ℃,95%~1%RH) and simulation of diverse temperature and humidity curves. Applies computer simulation techniques to the optimising design of the refrigerating and air conditioning system. Adopts a positive rising pressure air refrigerating system. Uses low temperature well water as the cold source of high temperature experiment. Applies supervisory computer control system to acquisition, process and control of the state parameters of the system. These technological measures make the design efficient and reduce the first investment. The operation results show that the system parameters meet with the design requirements.
