Measurement of the downward flow rate at different levels inside a cyclone

摘要 通过实验测定了常规旋风除尘器内下降流量沿高度的分布,发现在排气芯管入口断面附近有约24 % 的短路流量。测定了安装不同类型减阻杆后的下降流量,发现非全长减阻杆下端固定时,有增加减阻杆上方断面下降流量的功效,这将延长含尘气流在除尘器内的停留时间,提高除尘效率。 Presents the measured distribution of flow rate at different heights in a normal cyclone with and without Repds, finds that there exists a short circuit of about 24 percent of total flow rate in the space near the exit of the cyclone. Based on the fact that the short Repds can increase the flow rate in different heights of the cyclone, and reasons that this kind of Repds can increase the separation efficiency of a cyclone while reducing the pressure drop.
